A real Living Wage

We are aware that you have a physically demanding job that requires you to be mentally alert at all times and can often be emotionally challenging as well. Therefore, it is our aspiration to keep our team happy and fulfilled and we are particularly proud that we are the UK’s first private nursery to become a London Living Wage accredited employer. The London Living Wage is an hourly rate of pay, calculated according to the basic cost of living in London and is set annually by the Living Wage Foundation. Salary increases take place hand in hand with our childcare fee increases each year in April. For all junior staff such as nursery nurses and classroom assistants, we guarantee that salary increases will match the London Living Wage annual increase. Qualified practitioners enjoy a higher rate of pay than the London Living Wage for Level 2 and higher still for Level 3+ to reflect the part they play in helping us to meet the legal ratio and qualification requirements in the EYFS. Senior staff, who already earn above the London Living Wage, will also receive a wage increase at the same time based on other criteria relevant to their role.

We value loyalty above all else, and once you’ve worked for us a year you get a day off every year thereafter for your birthday. After two years of serviec, we reward you in your next month’s salary with a “Loyalty Bonus” which increases every year.
