If your child is ill and cannot attend nursery, we will arrange for one of our team to care for your child at home for the first day they are ill and absent from nursery. This gives you a grace period to attend any important meetings and arrange alternative home care for the remainder of the time your child is unwell. This service can be provided for free, four times per year per child, and is for full time tenures only.

We provide a Return Home Service for the occasions when parents know in advance that they cannot pick up their child by the end of our nursery day. Just drop your house keys off at nursery in the morning, and one of our team will take your child home after the nursery closes.

For those occasions when you need more hours in your day, we provide evening and weekend At-Home Child Minding.

If your child attends part time, they can join us on days they are not normally at nursery, allowing you a little flexibility when you need it.
